This fitness evaluation is recommended prior to commencing an exercise program in order to establish your level of fitness. The evaluation comprises of heart rate, blood pressure, body fat percentage, flexibility and an aerobic treadmill test. From this data we are able to produce a detailed analysis of your present fitness level and design a personalised program relevant to your evaluation results. | |
